The personal information will be collected in order to provide the requested services, products or information; therefore, I know the duty to disclose any modification on information initially the collected. Likewise, it is my right to access, ratify, oppose, revoke and/or cancel the personal information, however if such refusal hinder the services provide I will be entitled to submit a request in terms of article 29 of the Law, directed to San José Apartments submitted by email to reservations@sanjoseapartments.com.mx. I make of your knowledge that the personal information wont be disclosed to any party except to such service providers that are required to fulfill the service required by the client such as Banks, Tittle Companies or Escrow, or any Federal, State or Local office, reason why I accept the terms incorporated on this notice. On the event that there is no written opposition to the terms of this letter, It will be understood that the terms of this letter are accepted.
