Property Rules

1.- Please! Do not smoke in the apartment and do not throw cigarette butts on the balcony.

2.- Due to security purposes, garage and entrance door has to be closed 24 hrs.

3.- No parties are allowed.

4.- No loud music after 10:00 pm.

5.- Parking lot is for a small car, using one space for every apartment and FOR GUESTS ONLY.

6.- Garbage bag has to be taken to the trash can on 1st floor.

7.- Please, do not hang towels on the handrail.

8.- Pets are forbidden.

9.- Electricity is very expensive in this area. We appreciate turning off the air conditioning and the lights when you are out of the apartment or not using it.

10.- At your check-out we appreciate responding with the payment in the case of any article damage, broken or missing. It is very important for us to do check out on time, in order to have it clean for the next guest (Check in: 3:00 pm, check out: 11:00 am).
